All Scoop Whole Beauty products are tested for safety and sensitivity and made with tried and tested ingredients that should not cause irritation to most people. However, we cannot guarantee that some people may have certain sensitivities and reactions that are personal to themselves and are beyond our control. Please ensure to only use all our products as directed and patch test before use. 

RETURNS POLICY

We don’t accept returns for incorrect colour choices or change of mind if the tamper seal is damaged or the product has been used or opened in any way. To avoid disappointment with colour matching, we recommend visiting your local Scoop Wholefoods store to find the right colour match or to purchase a tester which are available for the powder and liquid foundation products on our website. 

 CHANGE OF MIND

We allow a 14 day 'Change of Mind' policy if you have purchased a Scoop Whole Beauty product from our website and the following conditions are met:

- The product is in perfect condition: the tamper seal is not broken and the product has not been used or opened in any way

- The product is in its original packaging 

- The packaging is in perfect condition and undamaged

- Proof of purchase is identifiable 

- Refunds will only be issued after the product/s is returned back to our warehouse

If you change your mind on your purchase you may post the product/s back to our warehouse within 14 days. Return postage will be at the cost of the buyer (customer). A refund will be issued with email confirmation after the product/s has been returned to the warehouse and inspected by our Customer Care team and approved that it has met all the conditions above. 

Please note that we do not accept responsibility for returned items that are lost in transit, and suggest using a traceable method for peace of mind. Please retain proof of postage until we’ve confirmed that your return has been processed.

FAULTY ITEMS

When you receive your order, please inspect goods for fault and notify us immediately if there are any issues. We will not accept claims of faults or damages 7 days after the item has been delivered. 

Our Packing Team do their best to ensure that all products are of a high quality and perfect condition when they leave our warehouse, but if you receive a defective item please email our customer service team at scoopwholebeauty@gmail.com with relevant information and images attached.

Faulty items must be returned not considerably depleted and proof of purchase must be identifiable. 

Return postage costs for faulty items will be paid for or reimbursed by Scoop Wholefoods Pty Ltd.

A refund for faulty goods will be issued and received within 7-10 days after the delivery has been received back to our warehouse. We will send an email confirmation once it has been approved by our customer care team.

CONSUMER GUARANTEES

Our products come with the consumer guarantees found in the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded, including guarantees that the products will be of acceptable quality. The consumer guarantees are not affected by our change of mind policy.

Scoop Wholefoods Pty Ltd will require proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees cannot be excluded or limited and are in addition to any manufacturer’s warranties or extended warranties purchased by, or given to, you.
